The inside (filing) of Bánh Giò is made of rice flour, ground pork, woo-ear mushroom and seasoning wrapped into pyramid shaped banana leaf and steamed.
Although Bánh Giò is easily available all around Vietnam it originates from the northern regions where it’s also most popular.
