Bun Cha is one of the oldest dishes originating from Hanoi. The pork is carefully marinated, grilled over charcoal and placed into a bowl of dipping sauce which comes with thinly sliced pickled green papaya and carrot. The meat is served with rice vermicelli noodles and generous pile of fresh herbs.
