Cơm Tấm is the South Vietnamese dish made of grilled pork (either ribs or shredded pork), various greens or pickled vegetables and the broken rice (hence the name Cơm Tấm).
The hearty dish served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It comes with many different meat options where the most common choice is a delicious barbecued pork chop, marinated in sugar and fish sauce.
